While Dario and Ivy have continued to build their careers in the hospitality industry for over 25 years in Dubai, UAE, they have developed strong global connections and a deep understanding of diverse cultures. Through their extensive experience in the Middle East, the family has gained valuable multicultural insights and expertise that continue to shape the service and vision of FLY BEYOND Travel and Tours Services.
Through the years, the David–Banares family has helped countless families and close friends both in the Philippines and abroad. For them, serving people is more than a business—it is a calling, guided by faith and a deep commitment to helping others achieve their dreams.
What began as a simple dream—to help people travel—has grown into a deeper mission: to change lives through meaningful journeys. We believe travel is more than just reaching destinations; it’s about creating experiences, opening opportunities, and fulfilling dreams.
The David–Banares legacy started with a strong passion for serving Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Dubai who were searching for affordable and reliable flights. Known to many as Kuya Jun, he built a foundation rooted in trust, connection, and genuine care for the community.
This legacy was lovingly passed on to the youngest in the family, Veronica, who continues to carry forward what Kuya Jun started—expanding the business from Dubai to the Philippines, and now to Canada. With the same passion and purpose, she leads FLY BEYOND Travel and Tours Services into a new generation of service.

Allan Dave, the eldest of the family, has established a respected career in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, contributing to the family’s global growth and broader perspective. Married to Pearl Banares, a successful business owner in Olongapo City, they have five children who are now thriving across the USA, UAE, sports, and engineering, reflecting the family’s values of perseverance, excellence, and integrity.
Rosario serves as the pillar of strength and inspiration of the family, grounding the David–Banares legacy in faith, resilience, service, and strong values. As “Nanay,” she is deeply respected for her wisdom, integrity, and financial stewardship across institutions, providing steadfast guidance that strengthens both the family and the mission of FLY BEYOND Travel and Tours Services.

Dario Banares (Kuya Yok)
With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service in Dubai, UAE, Dario, also known as Kuya Yok, brings strong industry expertise and connections to the family business, including experience in events and coordination with Filipino celebrities. He now serves as Head of Sales and Marketing for FLY BEYOND Travel and Tours Services, and together with his wife Christia Banares, they have two children—Angel, a journalist, and Kimberly, a college student—reflecting their shared values of excellence and perseverance.
David Jr., fondly known as Kuya Jon, is the pioneer and Head of Operations and Systems of the travel agency, playing a vital role in its foundation and continuous growth. With strong experience in travel and tourism in the UAE and Philippines, he brings expertise in operations and customer service, supported by his partner Amy Bacaron and their two sons, John Paul and Joshua, who are established professionals abroad in aviation and engineering.
The youngest in the family, Veronica brings over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, client relations, and resolution management, and is known as the joy and light of the family. She is married to Dhon Buenaflor, and together they have three children—Jordan, Johan, and Jaliyah—and are based in Ontario, Canada. With a strong professional background at a leading immigration firm and a global perspective, she now helps lead FLY BEYOND Travel and Tours Services with a vision to help people achieve their travel dreams.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ivy, also known as Ate Ivy, served as a Sales and Marketing Director in a 5-star hotel in Dubai, UAE, demonstrating strong leadership, client relations, and world-class service excellence. Her global travel experience and active Christian missionary work further strengthen her expertise in flight bookings and visa assistance, reflecting her values of service, compassion, and integrity in every client interaction.
